Resolving The Digital Signature Issue in the GST Portal

Some users while using GST portal may be facing issues digitally signing the forms

If the error is related to digitaly signing at the time of filing of the form - doing the 
following may resolve the issue.

1) Assuming you have downloaded the EmSigner software from the GST Portal, the first step is 
in setting up the browser

a) If you are using Chrome browser, go to "Settings", then select "Advanced", select "Content Settings"

followed by "Cookies" and then at the "Allow" option - Select "Add"

and type: https://127.0.0.1:1585

b) On adding the above url, you may type the same in the browser - You will see an error message.

2) Insert the Digital Signature token and login 

3) Start the Emsigner utility and then "Run as Administrator"

4) On completing the above, you may not face any issues related to digital signature.
