EdVantage Conducts Workshop on Embedded System Design
Chennai - India, October 30, 2009. EdVantage - School of Embedded Design, today conducted a workshop on embedded system level design. Faculty from leading engineering colleges and universities of Chennai attended the workshop. Embedded System development, especially for consumer electronic, telecom, automotive and defence markets is a fast growing opportunity for Indian software and hardware companies. System level design is an emerging technology for creating complex designs like mobile phones, set top boxes and infotainment solutions for the above industries.
In addition to EdVantage, Sankhya offers SANKHYA Teraptor; design automation platform for embedded system design. Teraptor received the Lockheed Martin India Innovation award during the year 2008. Earlier this year, JNTU Hyderabad selected Teraptor for teaching embedded system design automation as part of its graduate engineering finishing school syllabus.
