Japanese Consulate in Chennai and ABK-AOTS Dosokai Organizes an Indo-Japan Friendship Performance of Indian Dance. Five distinguished Japanese artists(odissi,kathak,mohiniyattam,kuchipudi,bharatanatyam)will each perform a different classical Indian dance form on 26st February. Individually, they have been studying and performing in India over many years while also teaching their respective Indian dance forms back in Japan, thus contributing to the promotion of Indian culture in their home country. For the first time they are to perform together under the auspices of the Japanese Consulate in Chennai.
