Space : Claims Process Assistant

Accessing ClaimsPro
-> Access url - https://www.hamara.in/cpa
    (or) Url received through Claims process mail alerts
-> User Id
-> Password

Uploading/Naming Claim Artefact
-> Click on Applications/V-One Docs/upload button in the menu
-> Browse to the file and select it to upload
-> Name the artefact with below format
    % line-item-description.jpg
    Ex: L0025mediclaim.jpg
-> Click Submit
-> Artefact will be saved in MySpace.

Sharing Coverage and Claim Information
-> Click on Share button beside the artefact
-> Select a category from dropdown menu, add comments and submit
-> Note:path shows the category which you are in. While sharing a document user
   should be out side the category(parent level) to which that document has to be
   shared.

Searching and Finding Artefacts for a LineItem
-> Artefacts can search using Advanced Search/Content Search/ Search Bar
    availablable in menu
-> Ex:Enter line item/name of the document ....etc and submit
    which will display the search results

Posting Questions / Responding to Questions on Artefacts
-> Select Artefact in a category
-> You can Post Comments/ Questions and Respond to the questions using
    Annotation menus available in left navigation bar
