We take great pride in informing you that NALSAR University of Law, established by Act 34 of 1998, is offering innovative courses in Aviation, Space, Telecom, GIS and Remote Sensing Laws. Been consistently ranked as the leading law university in India, NALSAR has always endeavored to promote quality research in contemporary legal issues and allied areas. One of the contemporary but neglected areas in Indian legal realm is Air and Space laws. To fill this gap and to promote further studies and research in the aerospace law, the University established the advanced Centre for Air and Space Law (CASL) in 2005 with the objective of promoting the study and research in the field of aviation and space laws and related policies. Since then, NALSAR-CASL has continually promoted the study of Air and Space Law by introducing courses on Air and Space Law, conducting National and International Conferences, Moot Courts, Workshops and also publishing Newsletters, Books and Articles, besides awarding a few M.Phils. and Ph.Ds.

In continuance of the said practice NALSAR has recently introduced the following innovative courses for the academic year 2015-16:

i) Two Years Master’s Degree in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management (MALATM)
ii) Two Years Master’s Degree in Space and Telecommunications Laws (MSTL)
iii) One Year PG Diploma in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management (PGDALATM)
iv) One Year Post - Graduate Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing Laws (PGDGIS&RS)
