* Started learning Kathak under Guru Bandana Sen, disciple of Shambhu Maharaj Ji since 3yrs of age untill my college days. After I moved to Bangalore. I was fortunate and blessed to get trained and groomed by Guru Shri Murali Mohan and Nandini Mehta. Its more than a decade now that I have been attached as one of the senior most students and performer of the Nadam ensemble Bangalore.

Achievements, Accomplishments & Recognitions

• West Bengal State Academy Award in 1995
* MA, B.Ed in Kathak from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharv Mahavidyalaya. Empanelled as a Kathak soloist with ICCR, Govt. Of India.
