Space : Indian Smart Cities

Government of India has announced developing 100 smart cities in the country as part of an initiative to offer better living standards to the neo middle class.

Ministry of Urban Development is overseeing the initiative through discussions with experts and states, seeking feedback from public and building up the momentum. GoI has already sought support of Japan, USA and Singapore in development of smart cities. More information about Indian smart cities is also available from indiansmartcities.in
