SCCI Upamedha - Sanskrit/Standard Operating System for Indian Languages

SCCI Upamaedha - an operating system for smart information devices that efficiently and natively support bhaaratiiya bhaasha.

The inspiration was taken from classics shaastraas : shikshaa, vyakarana, yoga, nirukta, chandas

It caters the needs of people of Bharat (India) and neighbouring countries by staying close to (users | designers | systems) in their language natively with Sanskriti - evolving 16-bit encoding specification for akshara | phoneme | syllable.

Dreamchip Siddhi with it's SANKHYA anusthitam OS has emerged as the very first SCCI upamaedha compliant operating system.
